Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marmaris SK's Baykam İlmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zekeriya Şerefhan in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Derik's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mehmet Fatih Tansoy fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hamdullah Arıkal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Onur Ali Verim was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Kamuran Atabek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marmaris SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derik the free kick. Kamuran Atabek kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Agah Vefakar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Serbülent Sarısaltuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Agah Vefakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Derik's zone, Mehmet Fatih Tansoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serbülent Sarısaltuk came out of the goal and Mehmet Fatih Tansoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Marmaris SK booed when Derik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necmi Kıvanç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necmi Kıvanç kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Fatih Tansoy in the 25th minute of play forced Derik's goalkeeper Serbülent Sarısaltuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zekeriya Şerefhan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Serbülent Sarısaltuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Tansoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Serbülent Sarısaltuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Tansoy in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Fatih Tansoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serbülent Sarısaltuk was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Serbülent Sarısaltuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Tansoy in the 39th minute of play. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Mustafa Namık Oker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marmaris SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Mehmet Fatih Tansoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Mustafa Namık Oker made a precise shot to the right of Serbülent Sarısaltuk. Derik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Serbülent Sarısaltuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agah Vefakar in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Agah Vefakar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 82nd minute, Agah Vefakar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Mehmet Fatih Tansoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marmaris SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Fatih Tansoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serbülent Sarısaltuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Agah Vefakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The referee ignored Derik's protests and gave Hamdullah Arıkal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, Derik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamdullah Arıkal to maneuver through the defense. Agah Vefakar struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Serbülent Sarısaltuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marmaris SK. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Marmaris SK had played much better football throughout.
