Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Egemen Adsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzey Kayra in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Ulus booed when akdeniz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esen Nasip didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orçun Honazlı who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Danış Akil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, akdeniz's Kemal Davarcı got a free kick in the 12th minute. Orçun Honazlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ahmet Danış Akil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Orçun Honazlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kutlualp Gülsoy came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ulus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kutlualp Gülsoy couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute Kutlualp Gülsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Danış Akil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peker Ersoy's late challenge caught a akdeniz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peker Ersoy helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, Ulus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peker Ersoy to maneuver through the defense. Arkın Cilasun charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arkın Cilasun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Ulus. Şener Gümüş stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ahmet Danış Akil. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kuzey Kayra during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th match minute, akdeniz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kuzey Kayra to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orçun Honazlı got free with Ahmet Danış Akil in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kemal Davarcı during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Şener Gümüş, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulus's Kutlualp Gülsoy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ahmet Danış Akil. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orçun Honazlı in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Danış Akil saved akdeniz from getting behind. Kutlualp Gülsoy hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd match minute, Ulus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Galip Aşkın to maneuver through the defense. Peker Ersoy kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Kemal Davarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egemen Adsoy having to interfere. Ulus's Orçun Honazlı got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Ulus's Kutlualp Gülsoy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Danış Akil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Kutlualp Gülsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, akdeniz's goal looked a bit too open when Kutlualp Gülsoy came free, but Ahmet Danış Akil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Orçun Honazlı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Danış Akil was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Ulus got a freekick which was hit by Peker Ersoy. With a little luck, Ulus's Egemen Adsoy got control of the ball when Ali Kürşat Sabri tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ulus had won after a very even match.
