Ahmet Haşim Usum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peker Nizam having to interfere. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for GS Champ! GS Champ:s Peker Nizam showed great skill when he stopped Arif Ensar Togay:s penalty. Bayındır Düden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cihat Olcaytu in the 9th minute of the match. Ahmet Fikret Yalgın's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peker Nizam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Peker Nizam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Ensar Togay, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Arif Ensar Togay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peker Nizam having to interfere. Arif Ensar Togay might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peker Nizam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arif Ensar Togay ran back to his position shaking his head. When Findikzade's Ahmet Fikret Yalgın in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GS Champ's goalie prevented a goal. If Arif Ensar Togay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Haşim Usum in the 35th minute of play forced GS Champ's goalkeeper Peker Nizam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ahmet Fikret Yalgın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in GS Champ's zone, Arif Ensar Togay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peker Nizam came out of the goal and Arif Ensar Togay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Olcay Orkun Saylan managed to get in a good position for a shot. GS Champ's supporters rose to their feet, but Olcay Orkun Saylan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bayındır Düden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Haşim Usum made a kick off. Peker Nizam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Haşim Usum, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ahmet Haşim Usum might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peker Nizam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Haşim Usum ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdulmelik Kutlubay hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Bayındır Düden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cihat Olcaytu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Abdulmelik Kutlubay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Findikzade fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Peker Nizam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arif Ensar Togay in the 90th minute. Findikzade's Ahmet Haşim Usum got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Olcay Orkun Saylan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
