Mümtaz Ülgen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Önder Ongen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Önder Ongen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mümtaz Ülgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Baybora Öksüz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Köprüköy JK's Edip Mutluhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gercüs's Mümtaz Ülgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Önder Ongen in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Gercüs getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Hakan Alyakut hit a great ball. After 22 minutes, Önder Ongen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köprüköy JK and the Gercüs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Önder Ongen kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gercüs reached it. In the 70th minute Baybora Öksüz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edip Mutluhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Baybora Öksüz made a precise shot to the right of Edip Mutluhan. Köprüköy JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Baybora Öksüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Edip Mutluhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Oğuz Sefer's late challenge caught a Gercüs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
