The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mümin Regaip during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 6 minutes into the game, Kuvvet's Derviş Cihansah nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tuğrul Özdener made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 9th minute Erkut Tacik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tuğrul Özdener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hayrettin Acaralps short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Emir Salah to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Hayrettin Acaralp elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ondokuzmayis SK's Tuğrul Özdener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Ekrem Durusan in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hayrettin Acaralp got free with Emir Salah in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hayrettin Acaralp in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emir Salah, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hayrettin Acaralp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Emir Salah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emir Salah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hayrettin Acaralp to make the kick off. Hamdullah Kadrican hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Derviş Cihansah came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tuğrul Özdener could save by the left post. Mustafa Ekrem Durusan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tuğrul Özdener made a huge save. 64 minutes into the game, Ondokuzmayis SK's Hayrettin Acaralp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emir Salah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Emir Salah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayrettin Acaralp in the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ondokuzmayis SK's Hayrettin Evvel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The throw-in from Orhan Akkan in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ondokuzmayis SK's Hayrettin Evvel. Emir Salah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayrettin Acaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Mümin Regaip ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emir Salah was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Tümer Ülke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emir Salah having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Mümin Regaip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ondokuzmayis SK had won after a very even match.
