An unexpectedly hard shot by Sacit Akgüneş in the 3rd minute of play forced Mut's goalkeeper Ahmet Refik Çırağ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Okanay Kirtekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harun Tülün. Kayseri Erciyesspor38's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okanay Kirtekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Göksun Çavas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erdal Nezih hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the game, one of Mut:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ahmet Refik Çırağ went to the wrong direction when Özgün Saruca was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 30th minute of the match Bora Han Safa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harun Tülün showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Göksun Çavas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Refik Çırağ having to interfere. Göksun Çavas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game Göksun Çavas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mut's Ahmet Refik Çırağ was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Göksun Çavas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Refik Çırağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Okanay Kirtekin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mut's supporters rose to their feet, but Okanay Kirtekin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harun Tülün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Kayseri Erciyesspor38 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mut were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Okanay Kirtekin made the kick off in the second half. If Sacit Akgüneş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. Harun Tülün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, Mut's goal looked a bit too open when Göksun Çavas came free, but Ahmet Refik Çırağ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sacit Akgüneş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Okanay Kirtekin took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Harun Tülün to make any attempt to save it. Göksun Çavas scored 1-3 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Refik Çırağ, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Harun Tülün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okanay Kirtekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Göksun Çavas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Göksun Çavas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mut's Ahmet Refik Çırağ was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Özgün Saruca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Refik Çırağ. Mut's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
