After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Onuralp Tüzün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derebucak SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Onuralp Tüzün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Korkut Tunçkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Canakkale SK's Efe Buyrukalp got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hakkı Onur Koytan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efe Buyrukalp went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Onuralp Tüzün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Korkut Tunçkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Günay Ergünay, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Polat Hekimbaşı hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Günay Ergünay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Korkut Tunçkan. The goal made the score 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Canakkale SK's goal looked a bit too open when Günay Ergünay came free, but Korkut Tunçkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakkı Onur Koytan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şafak Hadi in the 24th minute of play. If Günay Ergünay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Onuralp Tüzün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Korkut Tunçkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Günay Ergünay, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Korkut Tunçkan came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Derebucak SK's Günay Ergünay. But to his dismay, Günay Ergünay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Onuralp Tüzün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şafak Hadi made a kick off. Derebucak SK's Onuralp Tüzün got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hakkı Onur Koytan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şafak Hadi in the 56th minute of play. Ali Kaan Şenal's late challenge caught a Canakkale SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Kaan Şenal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Derebucak SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kaan Şenal to maneuver through the defense. If Şafak Hadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Canakkale SK's Şafak Hadi got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şafak Hadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Onur Koytan having to interfere. Feyyaz Yastıkcığlu charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feyyaz Yastıkcığlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute, Feyyaz Yastıkcığlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Onuralp Tüzün cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Korkut Tunçkan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hakkı Onur Koytan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şafak Hadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korkut Tunçkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Kaan Şenal in the 85th minute of play. Derebucak SK's Hakkı Onur Koytan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Hadi in the 89th minute of play.
