The audience was convinced that Fevzi Renan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Korkutalp Tankan was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 30th minute Gani Sanak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hafiz Tacik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gani Sanak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ahmet Hafiz Tacik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kerim Çeliktaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hafiz Tacik having to interfere. After some careless play in the Catalca defense, Gani Sanak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Hafiz Tacik. The Catalca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Hafiz Tacik should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fevzi Renan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Hafiz Tacik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gani Sanak in the 55th minute of play. Ahmet Hafiz Tacik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kerim Çeliktaş in the 60th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Kizilay FK's goal looked a bit too open when Aycan Tuğyan came free, but Korkutalp Tankan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Catalca's Ahmet Erdem Keramettin tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kizilay FK's Korkutalp Tankan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fevzi Renan in the 78th minute of play. A long shot from Alperen İçten in the 88th minute of play was well struck, but Ahmet Hafiz Tacik made a really good save at the right post. If Gani Sanak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gani Sanak succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The Catalca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kizilay FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Kizilay FK.
