Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Orhan Veli Tarkan got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Erim Yorangil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gökhan Olguner. Mecitözü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erim Yorangil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlyas Özdağ in the 17th minute of play forced Mecitözü's goalkeeper Gökhan Olguner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Demetevler's goalkeeper Zikri Metehan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erim Yorangil in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gökhan Olguner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celil Umurbey hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Seyhun Özakay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mecitözü's Orhan Veli Tarkan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zikri Metehan. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erim Yorangil in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gökhan Olguner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Erim Yorangil made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mecitözü were awarded a corner. Samim Akçakoca went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Samim Akçakoca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zikri Metehan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şevket Sadan during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mecitözü booed when Demetevler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şevket Sadan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seyhun Özakay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Metehan having to interfere. A collision led to Mecitözü getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Cüneyd Barçın hit a great ball. The supporters of Demetevler booed when Mecitözü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celil Umurbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orhan Veli Tarkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zikri Metehan having to interfere. Zikri Metehan came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Mecitözü's Orhan Veli Tarkan. But to his dismay, Orhan Veli Tarkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 72 minutes of play, Mecitözü's Seyhun Özakay made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zikri Metehan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Mecitözü's Gökhan Olguner got control of the ball when İlyas Özdağ tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Erim Yorangil got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 83 played minutes, Mecitözü's Emin Niyazi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zikri Metehan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mecitözü reached it. 85 minutes into the match, Demetevler's İlyas Özdağ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gökhan Olguner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Mecitözü getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Abdurrezzak Mahçupyan hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, İlyas Özdağ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Demetevler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. İlyas Özdağ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gökhan Olguner having to make a save. Gökhan Olguner made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Erim Yorangil sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Demetevler players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mecitözü.
