Bilgin Biçimli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sarıyer FK's Atakan Erenoz got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Altuğ Balıkçıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Günesli's supporters rose to their feet, but Altuğ Balıkçıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berkay Çinucen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berkay Çinucen came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Günesli's Hamdi Tolga. But to his dismay, Hamdi Tolga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Kandemir Hekimhanlı was extremely unlucky when he, in the 97th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Günesli had won after a very even match.
