But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tümer İzmirli couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Cine's Ulvi İmamoğlu threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baturalp Özdamar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Baturalp Özdamar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulvi İmamoğlu having to interfere. Ömür Saltık didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustafa Ali Safvetullah went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ömür Saltık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kudret Derviş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baturalp Özdamar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ulvi İmamoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kadri Sağanalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bilgin Nurullah hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Beşir Şensal charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beşir Şensal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kudret Derviş was the one to do the kick off. The Cine supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MERSİNAKGENÇLİK's performance. The match ended with a win for MERSİNAKGENÇLİK.
