Yıldırım Dinç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ömür Saltık having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Yıldırım Dinç reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ömür Saltık. The goal made the score 1-0. Eyüpspor SK's Tevfik Sökmensu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturalp Özdamar in the 11th minute of play. Cine's Baturalp Özdamar got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafettin Akbulut charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafettin Akbulut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Eyüpspor SK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rafettin Akbulut hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturalp Özdamar in the 25th minute of play forced Eyüpspor SK's goalkeeper Tevfik Sökmensu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilgin Nurullah kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Arif Cengiz Ağar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cine's Ömür Saltık didn't even have to move. Ahmet Baki Aktaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ömür Saltık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ömür Saltık made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yıldırım Dinç in the 36th minute of play. Cine's Ömür Saltık played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yıldırım Dinç in the 40th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yıldırım Dinç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ömür Saltık was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Baturalp Özdamar made the kick off in the second half. Eyüpspor SK's Ahmet Baki Aktaç got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Yıldırım Dinç made a precise shot to the right of Ömür Saltık. Cine's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Bumin Özyurek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ömür Saltık having to interfere. Ahmet Baki Aktaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Eyüpspor SK's Alphan Safir got a free kick in the 64th minute. Yıldırım Dinç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ömür Saltık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tümer İzmirli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yıldırım Dinç in the 88th minute of play forced Cine's goalkeeper Ömür Saltık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eyüpspor SK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cine to leave the ground with a draw.
