Şafşikkoo's Halil İbrahim Erensoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baki Hepyener in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Şafşikkoo's zone, Baran Bilge Çavlı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Erensoy came out of the goal and Baran Bilge Çavlı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halil İbrahim Erensoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baran Bilge Çavlı, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The supporters of EREĞLİSPOR booed when Şafşikkoo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabri Eroğul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mete Ugraş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Hüseyin Turan Arman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Şafşikkoo's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Turan Arman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ragıp Tanver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EREĞLİSPOR's Ragıp Tanver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Saygın Erşahan in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baki Hepyener to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Şafşikkoo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüseyin Turan Arman to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Şafşikkoo's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Erensoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baran Bilge Çavlı. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baran Bilge Çavlı got free with Halil İbrahim Erensoy in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Baki Hepyener's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halil İbrahim Erensoy was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. With a little luck, Şafşikkoo's Halil İbrahim Erensoy got control of the ball when Baran Bilge Çavlı tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute Baki Hepyener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil İbrahim Erensoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baran Bilge Çavlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hüseyin Turan Arman fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 73rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 77 minutes into the match, Şafşikkoo's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Erensoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baran Bilge Çavlı. Baki Hepyener received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Halil İbrahim Erensoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Şafşikkoo's goalkeeper Halil İbrahim Erensoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baran Bilge Çavlı. Ragıp Tanver came out of the goal and Hüseyin Turan Arman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baran Bilge Çavlı came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Halil İbrahim Erensoy could save by the left post. Sabri Eroğul was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abdi Saygın Erşahan might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ragıp Tanver. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdi Saygın Erşahan ran back to his position shaking his head. Ragıp Tanver stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdi Saygın Erşahan's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Şafşikkoo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
