Batuğ İlbeyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If İldeniz Mahçupyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. Batuğ İlbeyi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elazigspor SK. Mustafa Hakan Numan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Batuğ İlbeyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Halit Özkul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Güney SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elazigspor SK the free kick. Halit Özkul kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Numan in the 70th minute of play forced Güney SK's goalkeeper Batuğ İlbeyi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Güney SK's zone, İldeniz Mahçupyan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batuğ İlbeyi came out of the goal and İldeniz Mahçupyan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 minutes of play, Elazigspor SK's Macit Levent made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Batuğ İlbeyi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute, Faruk Yergin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Macit Levent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güney SK's Batuğ İlbeyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Baki Namık in the 91st minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Elazigspor SK's Ahmet Kutsi Yanar made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Batuğ İlbeyi was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Elazigspor SK fully deserved thier win.
