In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ipsala JK's goalkeeper Işıkalp Bozoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baykal Bozkurt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boğaç Şemsifer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baykal Bozkurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Işıkalp Bozoğlu made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Kuddusî Çakıroğlu sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Yıldıray Erenoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th match minute, Ipsala JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yıldıray Erenoz to maneuver through the defense. Cildir JK's Nejat Karin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ipsala JK. Önder Özcam scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Işıkalp Bozoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nejat Karin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Işıkalp Bozoğlu. Ipsala JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ipsala JK's zone, Önder Özcam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Işıkalp Bozoğlu came out of the goal and Önder Özcam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After 54 played minutes Cildir JK got a freekick which was hit by Altuğ Şahsuvaroğlu. Boğaç Şemsifer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykal Bozkurt in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Cildir JK booed when Ipsala JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalay Özaltuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cildir JK's Önder Özcam got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62ndth minute of the game Önder Özcam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ipsala JK's Işıkalp Bozoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Işıkalp Bozoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuddusî Çakıroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ipsala JK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Yıldıray Erenoz hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Ipsala JK defense, Önder Özcam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Işıkalp Bozoğlu. The Ipsala JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Işıkalp Bozoğlu should have stopped the shot. Cildir JK's Kuddusî Çakıroğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boğaç Şemsifer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykal Bozkurt in the 87th minute of play. Altuğ Şahsuvaroğlu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match.
