In the 28th minute, Yakut Sebukalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yusuf Bahadır Uzma was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tavsanli's Demir Okyanus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Tavsanli from getting a goal against them. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melih Halıcı in the 88th minute of play forced Tavsanli's goalkeeper Demir Okyanus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anıl Ege Baloğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Akcakale's Yusuf Bahadır Uzma got control of the ball when Anıl Ege Baloğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Akcakale fully deserved thier win.
