In the 7th match minute, Eyüpspor SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerim Durdu to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Mehmet Halis Açıker shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necati Özerkmen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eyüpspor SK's Ali Galip Demir got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bayezit Erşahin kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Yildiz FK's Mehmet Halis Açıker tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eyüpspor SK's Necati Özerkmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu in the 16th minute of play. When Eyüpspor SK's Balaban Ilgınlı in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yildiz FK's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Eyüpspor SK's goal looked a bit too open when Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu came free, but Necati Özerkmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balaban Ilgınlı's late challenge caught a Yildiz FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balaban Ilgınlı helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Yildiz FK booed when Eyüpspor SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balaban Ilgınlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Eyüpspor SK's Ali Galip Demir made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sungurbey Toycan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Eyüpspor SK fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Eyüpspor SK's Ali Galip Demir looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ali Galip Demir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sungurbey Toycan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sungurbey Toycan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balaban Ilgınlı went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Efe Sufi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Efe Sufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Necati Özerkmen having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Eyüpspor SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Yildiz FK's Mehmet Halis Açıker got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Necati Özerkmen. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Galip Demir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Necati Özerkmen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efe Sufi's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Galip Demir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sungurbey Toycan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Yildiz FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necati Tayuk to maneuver through the defense. When Efe Sufi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 93 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Necati Özerkmen was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Efe Sufi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 103rd minute, the Yildiz FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alper Bakkalbaşıoğlu couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Eyüpspor SK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
