Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cildir's Ali Galip Oğuzata started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Orhan Seyfi Mustafa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tevfik Soyurgal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jerry Åhlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tevfik Soyurgal might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerry Åhlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tevfik Soyurgal ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Hamdullah Işınsu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cenk İnanöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barlas Tunçkol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cildir's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Numan Zübeyr scored to the left of an out of position Jerry Åhlberg, making the score, 1-0. When Vedat Semin fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayvacik's protests and gave Vedat Semin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cildir booed when Ayvacik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vedat Semin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tevfik Soyurgal might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerry Åhlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tevfik Soyurgal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute, Hamdullah Işınsu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the Cildir defense, Hamdullah Işınsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerry Åhlberg. The Cildir fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerry Åhlberg should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The crowd rose to their feet as Cildir's Ali Galip Oğuzata slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cenk İnanöz. That made the score 2-1 after 54 minutes of play. A collision led to Cildir getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Orhan Seyfi Mustafa hit a great ball. Tevfik Soyurgal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerry Åhlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Jerry Åhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamdullah Işınsu in the 73rd minute of play. When Orhan Seyfi Mustafa fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 74th match minute, Cildir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orhan Seyfi Mustafa to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Ayvacik's Hamdullah Işınsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerry Åhlberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anıl Ege Barlas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Tevfik Soyurgal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Åhlberg having to interfere. Halil İbrahim Kotuzhan charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halil İbrahim Kotuzhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Cildir got a freekick which was hit by Halil İbrahim Kotuzhan. When Tevfik Soyurgal came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Ayvacik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tevfik Soyurgal couldn't finish the play. In the 88th match minute, Ayvacik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Talat Canver to maneuver through the defense. Cenk İnanöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Galip Oğuzata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamdullah Işınsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Ayvacik players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
