Baran Bilge Ulutekin's late challenge caught a Demirözü JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baran Bilge Ulutekin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Baran Bilge Ulutekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Müslüm Sümeroğlu in the 19th minute of play forced Kobane SK's goalkeeper Ricardo Moniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Demirözü JK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Resul Özol hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Kobane SK's goalkeeper Ricardo Moniz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doğa Özdoruk. When Bektaş Tümen fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kobane SK's protests and gave Bektaş Tümen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kobane SK's Bektaş Tümen got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ricardo Moniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Müslüm Sümeroğlu in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Jonny Almqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emirhan Delioğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 31 played minutes Demirözü JK got a freekick which was hit by Saadettin Sebuk. Ricardo Moniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Yanık, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Emirhan Delioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Almqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Result 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kandemir Pektürk to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51st play minutes Jonny Almqvist shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Emirhan Delioğlu and just under the crossbar into goal. If Jonny Almqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürsel Yanık hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Demirözü JK's Emirhan Delioğlu got control of the ball when Bektaş Tümen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Jonny Almqvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Emirhan Delioğlu to make any attempt to save it. Jonny Almqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emirhan Delioğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Jonny Almqvist was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Kobane SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Demirözü JK's Emirhan Delioğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Demirözü JK from getting a goal against them. After 74 minutes Demirözü JK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mehmet Hamdi Siraceddin who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Jonny Almqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kobane SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonny Almqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emirhan Delioğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Demirözü JK's Gürsel Yanık got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 81st match minute, Demirözü JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürsel Yanık to maneuver through the defense. If Jonny Almqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kobane SK's Kurtuluş Bülbül shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emirhan Delioğlu but with some difficulty. 93 minutes into the match, Demirözü JK's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Almqvist came free, but Emirhan Delioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kobane SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
