After 5 played minutes Yayladagi FK got a freekick which was hit by Seçkin Tokcan. Koray Ongu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Bedri Kiray blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gazanfer Yekta having to make a save. In the 14th minute, Koray Ongu made a precise shot to the right of Gazanfer Yekta. Yayladagi FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Mehmet Bedri Kiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Yayladagi FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Bedri Kiray came free, but Gazanfer Yekta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Abdi Saygın Özaydın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yayladagi FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdi Saygın Özaydın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erkut Erduran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erkut Erduran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şener Salahaddin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdi Saygın Özaydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Erkut Erduran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Şener Salahaddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Erduran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tahtakale FK's Cenap Oyanalp got a free kick in the 40th minute. Bedirhan Kazan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erkut Erduran. Tahtakale FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Şener Salahaddin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mehmet Bedri Kiray made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Koray Ongu made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Yayladagi FK's Gazanfer Yekta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 58 played minutes Tahtakale FK got a freekick which was hit by Fazlı Kazan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Bedri Kiray in the 62nd minute of play forced Yayladagi FK's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yekta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gazanfer Yekta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mehmet Bedri Kiray went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koray Ongu in the 71st minute of play forced Yayladagi FK's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yekta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şener Salahaddin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Erkut Erduran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gazanfer Yekta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Bedri Kiray in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Abdi Saygın Özaydın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yayladagi FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdi Saygın Özaydın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Koray Ongu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gazanfer Yekta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mehmet Bedri Kiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Yayladagi FK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Bedirhan Kazan hit a great ball. Koray Ongu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Yayladagi FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tahtakale FK.
