With an all-out effort, Senirkent FK's Osman Nuri Eryilmaz threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from İsrafil Tanın, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Korcan Erkılınç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rahim Ulu was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabit Özerman in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rahim Ulu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sabit Özerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rahim Ulu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Senirkent FK's Rahim Ulu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Korcan Erkılınç in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Konyaalti getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aktan Özaltuğ hit a great ball. Ahmet Korcan Erkılınç might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Ulu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Korcan Erkılınç ran back to his position shaking his head. Sabit Özerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ali Erdem Semin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Konyaalti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Erdem Semin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabit Özerman in the 40th minute of play forced Senirkent FK's goalkeeper Rahim Ulu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
