Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahmet Koralp Remiz took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Nuh Uzel took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cumali Devlettin to make any attempt to save it. Cumali Devlettin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuh Uzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Koralp Remiz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tuncer Tümkut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tuncer Tümkut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercüment Ulutan in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper Cumali Devlettin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ersayın. Tuncer Tümkut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment Ulutan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Ahmet Koralp Remiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tuncer Tümkut was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Ahmet Koralp Remiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Adapazari's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment Ulutan came free, but Tuncer Tümkut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Faruk Özekan kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Adapazari's Aydın Uruk tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, FENERBAHÇE's goalkeeper Cumali Devlettin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ersayın. In the 40th match minute, FENERBAHÇE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Faruk Özekan to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Adapazari booed when FENERBAHÇE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fehmi Kortan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Güvenç İlkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuncer Tümkut having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of FENERBAHÇE booed when Adapazari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agah Sebuktekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Ersayın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67thth minute of the game Nuh Uzel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FENERBAHÇE's Cumali Devlettin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Adapazari's Ahmet Ersayın in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FENERBAHÇE's goalie prevented a goal. Tuncer Tümkut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Koralp Remiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cumali Devlettin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ersayın in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Güvenç İlkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes FENERBAHÇE got a freekick which was hit by Güvenç İlkin. Adapazari's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aydın Uruk in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Aydın Uruk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FENERBAHÇE's Cumali Devlettin did a great save. Nuh Uzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cumali Devlettin having to interfere.
