Aktan Polathan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Kadri Şahdar having to interfere. Sacit Resulhan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Cevdet Nesip shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Kadri Şahdar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aybars Vahat kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Siteler FK got a freekick which was hit by Behram Erengüç. Sapanca SK's Gerhard Frieg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İdris Sami in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Sapanca SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cevdet Nesip to maneuver through the defense. Efe İlhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Kadri Şahdar having to interfere. Ahmet Kadri Şahdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efe İlhan in the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of Siteler FK booed when Sapanca SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sait Borlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sertaç Altunç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, İdris Sami dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerhard Frieg, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when İdris Sami stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, İdris Sami managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siteler FK's supporters rose to their feet, but İdris Sami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerhard Frieg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute Aybars Vahat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerhard Frieg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Sapanca SK's goal looked a bit too open when İdris Sami came free, but Gerhard Frieg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necip Yenisey hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Aybars Vahat came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Siteler FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aybars Vahat couldn't finish the play. Anıl Cenk Cihangir charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Cenk Cihangir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Efe İlhan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Kadri Şahdar. That made the score 2-2 in the 70 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Sertaç Altunç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Efe İlhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Kadri Şahdar was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 78 played minutes Siteler FK got a freekick which was hit by Behram Erengüç. A collision led to Siteler FK getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Behram Erengüç hit a great ball. When %teams%'s Aktan Polathan was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-3 just inside the left pole, 84 minutes into the game. Ahmet Kadri Şahdar was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 88th match minute, Sapanca SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aktan Polathan to maneuver through the defense. İdris Sami hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Aybars Vahat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerhard Frieg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Sapanca SK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Siteler FK throughout the match.
