A collision led to Alaca getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Coşkun Beyazit hit a great ball. Yunus Yaltır made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Doğukan Demiray sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Ali Faruk Ateş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yunus Yaltır saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Faruk Ateş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hasan Can Nadir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Bahadır Nabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Saraybahce booed when Alaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şadi Mahçupyan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Saraybahce's zone, Başaran Şahinkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yunus Yaltır came out of the goal and Başaran Şahinkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lütfullah Elçin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doğukan Demiray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Yunus Yaltır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lütfullah Elçin in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bahadır Nabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erkan Korkutalp hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Hasan Can Nadir came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Saraybahce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Can Nadir couldn't finish the play. Hasan Can Nadir came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bahadır Nabi could save by the left post. In the 95th minute Doğukan Demiray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yunus Yaltır saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ali Faruk Ateş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 98 minutes, Feyzullay Ökmen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saraybahce and the Alaca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 98 played minutes Saraybahce got a freekick which was hit by Feyzullay Ökmen. If Doğukan Demiray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute.
