Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cesur Saykut started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Bilge Uludoğan in the 6th minute of play forced Talas's goalkeeper Yaşar Nuri Yiğit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Bilge Uludoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Talas defense, Arif Bilge Uludoğan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yaşar Nuri Yiğit. The Talas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yaşar Nuri Yiğit should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute Yaşar Ulun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lemi Hafızoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesur Saykut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Hamit Safa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Selendi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Arslan Şahinoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lemi Hafızoğlu having to interfere. Yaşar Ulun might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lemi Hafızoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yaşar Ulun ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Cesur Saykut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute Cesur Saykut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yaşar Nuri Yiğit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Selendi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaşar Ulun in the 83rd minute of play forced Selendi's goalkeeper Lemi Hafızoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Çakabey Oğuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lemi Hafızoğlu having to interfere. Cesur Saykut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Yaşar Nuri Yiğit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talas's Yaşar Nuri Yiğit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Talas from getting a goal against them. Arif Bilge Uludoğan struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Yaşar Nuri Yiğit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selendi. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
