Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mihalgazi's Yalçın Pekol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Beşiktaş's 王强洲 got control of the ball when Hayri Ekabir tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Beşiktaş's Ramazan Süphan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Seyfettin Osman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Mihalgazi getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Kuddusî Salim hit a great ball. Durmuş Şanalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Seyfettin Osman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mihalgazi's zone, Ramazan Süphan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seyfettin Osman came out of the goal and Ramazan Süphan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yalçın Pekol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. 王强洲 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yalçın Pekol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 王强洲 came out and tried to block the shot, but Yalçın Pekol slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 24th minute. If Hayri Ekabir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Yalçın Pekol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of 王强洲, passed just outside the right post. 39 minutes into the game, Ayberk Secavend was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beşiktaş's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mihalgazi the free kick. Ayberk Secavend hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Ali Tümen made a kick off. Mihalgazi's Seyfettin Osman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Mihalgazi from getting a goal against them. Seyfettin Osman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayati Cihangir in the 60th minute of the match. Atilla Kağan Sarduç took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 王强洲. Beşiktaş's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Seyfettin Osman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Ali Tümen in the 72nd minute. Ahmet Ali Tümen struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Seyfettin Osman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Beşiktaş were furious when Ergün Tarkan was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for Mihalgazi. Seyfettin Osman came out of the goal and Ahmet Ali Tümen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hayri Ekabir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 王强洲 having to interfere. The Mihalgazi support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
