Çakır Onatkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İrfan Necati having to interfere. 52 minutes into the match, Battalgazi's goal looked a bit too open when Tolgahan Tümerkin came free, but Yavuz Hazin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KARAMANOĞLU SK's İrfan Necati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çakır Onatkan in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Zühtü Türk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giray Uçhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İrfan Necati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play.
