Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bumin Akyol started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Mardin JK's Ulu Tecer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Bumin Akyol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Selmi Arkan hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Ergincan Suerdem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pendik SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ergincan Suerdem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hayrullah Erdoğan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 19 minutes, Cahit Özbil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mardin JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cahit Özbil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Berker Cumali in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mardin JK's Gencal Tanyolaç. Ulu Tecer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vefa Özdağ got free with Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kıvanç Uçkun in the 33rd minute of play forced Mardin JK's goalkeeper Hayrullah Erdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Mardin JK's Ulu Tecer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute, Bumin Akyol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pendik SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulu Tecer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Mardin JK's Ulu Tecer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Pendik SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ulu Tecer came free, but Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulu Tecer in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan saved Pendik SK from getting behind. Deniz Cuma's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hayrullah Erdoğan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fahri Gündoğan went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ulu Tecer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mardin JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulu Tecer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Hakkı Tanacan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Haydar Sunguralp kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mardin JK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
