Mutki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahadır Ersezer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th minute Ahmet Turan Ruşen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cengizhan Behram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cengizhan Behram made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bahadır Ersezer in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürhan Kayansel in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Müfit Hiçyılmaz saved Mutki from getting behind. Eynesil SK's Cengizhan Behram proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Eynesil SK from getting a goal against them. Ömer Rıza Onultan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Müfit Hiçyılmaz having to interfere. When Ahmet Davut Tandan fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mutki's protests and gave Ahmet Davut Tandan a yellow card for diving instead. Faruk Nafiz İlmen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Cengizhan Behram was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bahadır Ersezer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Kuddusî Kılıçdaroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gürhan Kayansel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ahmet Turan Ruşen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Turan Ruşen was the one to do the kick off. Bahadır Ersezer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cengizhan Behram tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Reha Mahşer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Battal Seyyit Canfer hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Ahmet Turan Ruşen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cengizhan Behram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bahadır Ersezer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ömer Rıza Onultan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Eynesil SK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
