Mamak's Sebati Saruhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haşmet Oruz in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erim Yertan in the 29th minute of play forced Mamak's goalkeeper Sebati Saruhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emirhan Hiçsönmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menderes Pertev having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Saruhanli FK's Erim Ehil got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Ahmet Çağrı Onursev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Menderes Pertev, passed just outside the right post. Erim Yertan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erdoğan Cebel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Uluç Fidan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saruhanli FK's Menderes Pertev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Çağrı Onursev in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Erdoğan Cebel made a precise shot to the right of Menderes Pertev. Saruhanli FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Saruhanli FK's Haşmet Oruz got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haşmet Oruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Sebati Saruhan made a huge save. Ahmet Çağrı Onursev struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Menderes Pertev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mamak. Güven Uçuk's late challenge caught a Mamak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Güven Uçuk helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Saruhanli FK got a freekick which was hit by Güven Uçuk. After having played for 96 minutes, Erdoğan Cebel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mamak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erdoğan Cebel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mamak's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
