Gürhan Tangun started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Taslicay JK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bektaş Çelenk hit a great ball. Gürhan Tangun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şeray Saygılı having to interfere. After a rather tough play, ANKARAGÜCÜ's Ali Ömer Yaygır got a free kick in the 6th minute. A hard shot 8 in the game by Hasan Hüseyin Tancan from a close distance when the talented Egemen Senih managed to make a qualified save. ANKARAGÜCÜ's players were relieved. Şeray Saygılı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Recep, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Seçkin Huzur sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egemen Senih skillfully saved the ball. Berkin Akdurmuş's late challenge caught a ANKARAGÜCÜ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berkin Akdurmuş helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Gökalp Recep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şeray Saygılı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürhan Tangun, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The referee gave Berkin Akdurmuş a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Taslicay JK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Berkin Akdurmuş hit a great ball. Taslicay JK's Bektaş Çelenk suffered a concussion in the 45th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Turabi Çırak charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Turabi Çırak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İdris Nefi to make the kick off. The supporters of ANKARAGÜCÜ booed when Taslicay JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Hüseyin Tancan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Recep got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Gürhan Tangun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Şeray Saygılı, 0-1. 64 minutes into the match, ANKARAGÜCÜ's Gürhan Tangun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şeray Saygılı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in ANKARAGÜCÜ's zone, Ejder Vafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egemen Senih came out of the goal and Ejder Vafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Gökalp Recep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gürhan Tangun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şeray Saygılı came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by ANKARAGÜCÜ's Ahmet Gökalp Recep. But to his dismay, Ahmet Gökalp Recep quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Taslicay JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ANKARAGÜCÜ's performance. The match ended with a win for ANKARAGÜCÜ.
