A collision led to TāRā getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ali Asım Pala hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, TāRā's Baycan Cesur got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Kandemir Özden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erkut Afgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Battal Gazi Hafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Türkeş Tandoğdu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Battal Gazi Hafi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ahmet Ozan Kuter. Erkut Afgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Gazi Hafi having to interfere. Mustafa Kemal Ecemiş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kandemir Özden in the 24th minute of the match. When Tibet Erşahin fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aksu FK's protests and gave Tibet Erşahin a yellow card for diving instead. Tibet Erşahin hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Erkut Afgan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. TāRā's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Kandemir Özden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mustafa Kemal Ecemiş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aksu FK's Tibet Erşahin got his second yellow card of the match in the 45th minute. The referee ordered Tibet Erşahin off the ground. In the 46th match minute, Aksu FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibet Erşahin to maneuver through the defense. Aras Ulaç charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aras Ulaç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 50 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aksu FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mikail Çelen was slow to take the kick. During this time TāRā's players had a chance to rest. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erkut Afgan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Aksu FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybars Recai to maneuver through the defense. Kandemir Özden hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aksu FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mikail Çelen was slow to take the kick. During this time TāRā's players had a chance to rest. Bedri Işın kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Aksu FK's Şensoy Özbilen tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Erkut Afgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aras Ulaç struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Mustafa Kemal Ecemiş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aksu FK. Aras Ulaç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Kemal Ecemiş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Battal Gazi Hafi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkut Afgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilla Bumin Ekinci kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Aksu FK defense, Erkut Afgan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Battal Gazi Hafi. The Aksu FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Battal Gazi Hafi should have stopped the shot. Aksu FK's Battal Gazi Hafi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkut Afgan in the 92nd minute of play. Aras Ulaç struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Mustafa Kemal Ecemiş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aksu FK. Battal Gazi Hafi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedri Işın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
