Fethi Tetiker didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 10th minute Tunç Semih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fethi Tetiker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özdemir İlgi struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fethi Tetiker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GÖZGÖZ. Kağan Baler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akay Başesgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Bedir Ünal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GÖZGÖZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kilyos FK the free kick. After 25 played minutes GÖZGÖZ got a freekick which was hit by Bedir Ünal. Akay Başesgi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Özdemir İlgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özdemir İlgi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Fethi Tetiker made a huge save. If Özdemir İlgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akay Başesgi in the 44th minute of play forced GÖZGÖZ's goalkeeper Kağan Baler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Güney Aydemir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kağan Baler having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akay Başesgi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Güney Aydemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fethi Tetiker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özdemir İlgi in the 62nd minute of play. If Akay Başesgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Mehmet Şefik Giyas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kilyos FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GÖZGÖZ the free kick. Fedai Tanaltay, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Akay Başesgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kağan Baler having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in GÖZGÖZ's zone, Güney Aydemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kağan Baler came out of the goal and Güney Aydemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Akay Başesgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, GÖZGÖZ's Kağan Baler got control of the ball when Güney Aydemir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Akay Başesgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kağan Baler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedir Ünal kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Kilyos FK's Kağan Baler threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Akay Başesgi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 97 minutes into the match, GÖZGÖZ's goalkeeper Kağan Baler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Güney Aydemir. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GÖZGÖZ had won after a very even match.
