Kutlay Askeroğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Feridun Orsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Silivri JK's Esat Nezihi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feridun Orsel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 32 minutes, Özgür Özçin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Silivri JK and the Aydintepe JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Silivri JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özgür Özçin to maneuver through the defense. Aydintepe JK's Ahmet Danış Erem got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aydintepe JK's Yavuz Selimhan Sami suffered a sore thigh after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Silivri JK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Burak Hürsel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esat Nezihi in the 43rd minute of play forced Aydintepe JK's goalkeeper Feridun Orsel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Lütfü Talaykan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Feridun Orsel. That made the score 0-2 in the 58 minute of play. Ahmet Danış Erem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Danış Erem in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdulaziz Onursal saved Silivri JK from getting behind. Ahmet Danış Erem might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdulaziz Onursal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Danış Erem ran back to his position shaking his head. Aydintepe JK's Pars Kura got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
