Günay İnanır made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Anıl Berk Yalınay sent off a good shot on target. If Seyit Sayhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anıl Berk Yalınay took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Günay İnanır. Günay İnanır dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Anıl Berk Yalınay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Günay İnanır having to interfere. nevşehir spor's Günay İnanır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vehdi Öğün in the 30th minute of play. If Vehdi Öğün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bozdogan booed when nevşehir spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sarper Taylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anıl Berk Yalınays short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Günay İnanır to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 39th minute Vehdi Öğün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günay İnanır saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Berk Yalınay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Günay İnanır made a huge save. Anıl Berk Yalınay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Seyit Sayhan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Vehdi Öğün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bozdogan booed when nevşehir spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alemdar Artuç didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bozdogan's zone, Cevat Raif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batıkan Ongay came out of the goal and Cevat Raif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Akgün Acarbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Batıkan Ongay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in nevşehir spor's zone, Vehdi Öğün stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Günay İnanır came out of the goal and Vehdi Öğün tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Günay İnanır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vehdi Öğün in the 78th minute of play. Vehdi Öğün blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Günay İnanır having to make a save. When Anıl Berk Yalınay came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Bozdogan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anıl Berk Yalınay couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, nevşehir spor's goal looked a bit too open when Murathan Demiralp came free, but Günay İnanır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Berk Yalınay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Günay İnanır having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vehdi Öğün in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Günay İnanır saved nevşehir spor from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sarper Taylan got free with Batıkan Ongay in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the nevşehir spor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bozdogan.
