In the 7thth minute of the game Alphan Saykut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerrahpasa's Ziya Onur Çiftçioğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Afşar Parsbay fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrahpasa's protests and gave Afşar Parsbay a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cerrahpasa's Afşar Parsbay got a free kick in the 8th minute. The audience was convinced that Hüsmen Baturalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ataol Sefaaddin was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 16 played minutes ReaL MaRDiN got a freekick which was hit by Şeray Tecer. Bayezit Urandu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ataol Sefaaddin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ataol Sefaaddin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsmen Baturalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ReaL MaRDiN getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Şeray Tecer hit a great ball. With a little luck, ReaL MaRDiN's Ataol Sefaaddin got control of the ball when Bayezit Urandu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bayezit Urandu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüsmen Baturalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ataol Sefaaddin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziya Onur Çiftçioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alphan Saykut, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Hamza Selçuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziya Onur Çiftçioğlu having to interfere. Alphan Saykut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hamza Selçuk to make the kick off. Afşar Parsbay was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Cerrahpasa booed when ReaL MaRDiN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şeray Tecer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cerrahpasa's Hüsmen Baturalp got a free kick in the 74th minute. After recieving a nice pass, ReaL MaRDiN's Arif Memduh Songurhan tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Alphan Saykut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ziya Onur Çiftçioğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hamza Selçuk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 88 minute of play. Alphan Saykut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ziya Onur Çiftçioğlu made a huge save. ReaL MaRDiN's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
