A collision led to Dursunbey getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Mustafa İzzet Sadun hit a great ball. In the 4th match minute, Dursunbey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa İzzet Alpsoy to maneuver through the defense. If Arif Mümin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aytaç Tongar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Mümin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Abayhan Rezan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arif Mümin struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Abayhan Rezan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dursunbey. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poyraz Paksan during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes YEŞİL IRMAK got a freekick which was hit by Poyraz Paksan. After a rather tough play, YEŞİL IRMAK's Poyraz Paksan got a free kick in the 20th minute. Dursunbey's Mustafa Ekrem Erem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu in the 28th minute of play. Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abayhan Rezan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arif Mümin in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Aytaç Tongar made the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Ekrem Erem was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. The supporters of YEŞİL IRMAK booed when Dursunbey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa İzzet Sadun didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aytaç Tongar in the 58th minute of play forced YEŞİL IRMAK's goalkeeper Abayhan Rezan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Dursunbey's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu came free, but Mustafa Ekrem Erem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Ekrem Erem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Battal Gazi Balıkçıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Ekrem Erem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Ekrem Erem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Müfit Doğanay in the 65th minute. Abayhan Rezan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Mümin's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Savaşer Erbaş hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Bahadır Altınkaya took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mustafa Ekrem Erem. Dursunbey's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arif Mümin struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Abayhan Rezan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dursunbey. Aytaç Tongar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abayhan Rezan having to interfere. Bahadır Altınkaya hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Dursunbey's Demirhan Nuralp tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Abayhan Rezan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa İzzet Alpsoy in the 90th minute of play. Dursunbey's Mustafa Ekrem Erem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Dursunbey from getting a goal against them.
