Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Datca SK's Hami Özercan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Hami Özercan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Datca SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hami Özercan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Sorgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muhammet Coşkuner scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mehmet Sorgun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mehmet Arif Özenli's late challenge caught a Datca SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Arif Özenli helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Karagümrük SK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Arif Özenli. Mehmet Sorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hami Özercan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hami Özercan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Mehmet Sorgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eren Yalçuk fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Datca SK's protests and gave Eren Yalçuk a yellow card for diving instead. Karagümrük SK's Batu Yalkın got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Muhammet Coşkuner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hami Özercan in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Sorgun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Datca SK's Abdulkadir Asıf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batu Yalkın in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahadırhan Tandoğdu got free with Abdulkadir Asıf in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Karagümrük SK's zone, Hami Özercan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Sorgun came out of the goal and Hami Özercan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muhammet Coşkuner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mehmet Sorgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Sorgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hami Özercan in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Karagümrük SK's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammet Coşkuner came free, but Mehmet Sorgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Datca SK's Muhammet Coşkuner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Sorgun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Batu Yalkın made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Muhammet Coşkuner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Datca SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Muhammet Coşkuner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Sorgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muhammet Coşkuner took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Sorgun. Mehmet Sorgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some careless play in the Datca SK defense, Bahadırhan Tandoğdu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdulkadir Asıf. The Datca SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdulkadir Asıf should have stopped the shot. Batu Yalkın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Abdulkadir Asıf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karagümrük SK's Mehmet Sorgun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Karagümrük SK from getting a goal against them. Batu Yalkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdulkadir Asıf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Yalkın, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After having played for 77 minutes, Muhammet Coşkuner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Datca SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muhammet Coşkuner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Sorgun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muhammet Coşkuner in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Karagümrük SK's zone, Muhammet Coşkuner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Sorgun came out of the goal and Muhammet Coşkuner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Sorgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hami Özercan in the 86th minute of play. Abdulkadir Asıf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahadırhan Tandoğdu in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Muhammet Coşkuner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Datca SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Muhammet Coşkuner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Sorgun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes, Tan Erzincanlı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karagümrük SK and the Datca SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Tan Erzincanlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Datca SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
