Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ercis's Erdinç Uçbeyi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kutlu Ertüze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ekrem Ulusoy went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Baybars Rusuhi took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artun Ülke. Artun Ülke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 20th match minute, Ercis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necat Diclehan to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Erdinç Uçbeyi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kutlu Ertüze was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Ekrem Ulusoy might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kutlu Ertüze. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ekrem Ulusoy ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes into the match, Mengen's Seyfi Akpolat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artun Ülke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mengen's Yavuz Selim Ruçhan got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ercis's Erdinç Uçbeyi in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mengen's goalie prevented a goal. Recep Aras's late challenge caught a Ercis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Recep Aras helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mengen's Recep Aras got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekrem Ulusoy got free with Kutlu Ertüze in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baybars Rusuhi to strike the kick off in the second half. Recep Aras was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kutlu Ertüze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekrem Ulusoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Mengen's goal looked a bit too open when Erdinç Uçbeyi came free, but Kutlu Ertüze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Habib Rahmet hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Artun Ülke acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Oktay İmar. Seyfi Akpolat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Seyfi Akpolat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Artun Ülke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erdinç Uçbeyi in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kutlu Ertüze saved Mengen from getting behind. Ekrem Ulusoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kutlu Ertüze having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Mengen's zone, Ekrem Ulusoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kutlu Ertüze came out of the goal and Ekrem Ulusoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute Erdinç Uçbeyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutlu Ertüze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baybars Rusuhi kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Habib Rahmet was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ekrem Ulusoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ekrem Ulusoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutlu Ertüze having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mengen had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
