Vecdi Dafi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Kemal Böke, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 0-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when Atacan Ankara elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Atacan Ankara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Atacan Ankara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enes Kayıboylu made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vahap Tarık during the 54th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
