Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Çağan Rafih got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK defense, Vural Korkutalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kubat İşkembeci. The F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kubat İşkembeci should have stopped the shot. Aziz Beysan struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Kubat İşkembeci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtik. The goalkeeper, Cezmi Sayyad, was totally fooled by F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's Hüseyin Rahmi Nurettin, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Aziz Beysan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Mehmet Bilge Balkanlıoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes of play, Celtik's Aziz Beysan made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kubat İşkembeci was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute of the match Hüseyin Rahmi Nurettin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cezmi Sayyad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağan Rafih in the 23rd minute of play forced Celtik's goalkeeper Cezmi Sayyad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vural Korkutalp scored 1-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kubat İşkembeci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's goal looked a bit too open when Vural Korkutalp came free, but Kubat İşkembeci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kubat İşkembeci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Beysan in the 35th minute of play. F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's Kubat İşkembeci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Beysan in the 37th minute of play. If Vural Korkutalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Vural Korkutalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's goal looked a bit too open when Vural Korkutalp came free, but Kubat İşkembeci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Ayvaz Böke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayvaz Böke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aziz Beysan to make the kick off. Kubat İşkembeci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Beysan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Vural Korkutalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60thth minute of the game Aziz Beysan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's Kubat İşkembeci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 69 in the game by Vural Korkutalp from a close distance when the talented Kubat İşkembeci managed to make a qualified save. F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's zone, Ayvaz Böke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kubat İşkembeci came out of the goal and Ayvaz Böke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vural Korkutalps short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Kubat İşkembeci to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's goalkeeper Kubat İşkembeci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ayvaz Böke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kubat İşkembeci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Beysan in the 82nd minute of play forced F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK's goalkeeper Kubat İşkembeci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Celtik's Vural Korkutalp dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After having played for 89 minutes, Aziz Beysan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aziz Beysan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aziz Beysan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to F.C.FENERBAHÇE FK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mehmet Bilge Balkanlıoğlu hit a great ball. When Aziz Beysan came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Celtik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aziz Beysan couldn't finish the play. Aziz Beysan struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Kubat İşkembeci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtik. Celtik's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
