The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balaban Sarper during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 6 minutes into the game, one of Lara SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Murat Yeltekin came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Turhal JK's Hüsamettin Erandaç. But to his dismay, Hüsamettin Erandaç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bektaş Ali Güngör got free with Murat Yeltekin in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bektaş Ali Güngör recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serdar Tuncel during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Turhal JK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Serdar Tuncel hit a great ball. Cabbar Yazargil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berat Togay having to interfere. Berat Togay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güntekin Özdoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lara SK's Mustafa Namık Cangur got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Şimşek Seylab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Berat Togay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Cabbar Yazargil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lara SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turhal JK the free kick. Hüsamettin Erandaç took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Murat Yeltekin. Lara SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 47 played minutes Lara SK got a freekick which was hit by Cabbar Yazargil. Murat Yeltekin came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Turhal JK's Bektaş Ali Güngör. But to his dismay, Bektaş Ali Güngör quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Güntekin Özdoa to make the kick off. Şimşek Seylab could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Berat Togay made a huge save. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Turhal JK's goalkeeper Berat Togay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şimşek Seylab. Berat Togay made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Şimşek Seylab sent off a good shot on target. Bektaş Ali Güngör sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murat Yeltekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Akçakoca, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
