Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lütfi Kadrettin got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Kumru's goalkeeper Yiğit Can Salah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şadi Erentürk. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şadi Erentürk got free with Yiğit Can Salah in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rasim Şükrü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Yiğit Can Salah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute Rasim Şükrü shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Salah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lütfi Kadrettin in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Ensar Uğuş saved Mersin FK from getting behind. Kıraç Kanat's late challenge caught a Kumru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kıraç Kanat helped the player get up and apologised. Kıraç Kanat hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Kerem Yıldıray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Ensar Uğuş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerem Yıldıray in the 19th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Kuddusî Tayguner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Ensar Uğuş showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mersin FK's zone, Lütfi Kadrettin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Ensar Uğuş came out of the goal and Lütfi Kadrettin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yiğit Can Salah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasim Şükrü in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rasim Şükrü made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Kumru's Kerem Yıldıray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Ensar Uğuş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Kumru's Yiğit Can Salah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şadi Erentürk in the 55th minute of play. When Kerem Yıldıray fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kumru's protests and gave Kerem Yıldıray a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anıl Ozan Özdoğal during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mersin FK booed when Kumru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Ozan Özdoğal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yiğit Can Salah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rasim Şükrü went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Rasim Şükrü charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rasim Şükrü the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Mersin FK got a freekick which was hit by Rasim Şükrü. Baykal Ataergin made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kumru's Ogün Haylaz. In the 67th minute, Lütfi Kadrettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yiğit Can Salah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasim Şükrü in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Şadi Erentürk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yiğit Can Salah was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After 73 minutes, Semavi Özgu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mersin FK and the Kumru players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Semavi Özgu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Mersin FK fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Mersin FK's Şadi Erentürk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lütfi Kadrettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th match minute, Kumru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ogün Haylaz to maneuver through the defense. Yiğit Can Salah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şadi Erentürk in the 88th minute of play. Lütfi Kadrettin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Arif Ensar Uğuş made a huge save. Kerem Yıldıray was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Kerem Yıldıray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Kumru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mersin FK.
