Alex Golden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmail Tezay having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Safa-Sefa's Alex Golden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İsmail Tezay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Safa-Sefa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Alpu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Cengiz Necmi to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bayındır Masuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Golden in the 55th minute of play forced Alpu SK's goalkeeper İsmail Tezay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kadir İpekli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Masuk in the 56th minute of play. Alex Golden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmail Tezay having to interfere. İsmail Tezay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Golden in the 61st minute of play. İsmail Tezay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Golden in the 62nd minute of the match. Alpu SK's İsmail Tezay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Safa-Sefa's goal looked a bit too open when Bayındır Masuk came free, but Kadir İpekli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. İsmail Tezay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Alex Golden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Safa-Sefa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Hayri Oğuzcan in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İsmail Tezay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kadir İpekli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Masuk in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Alpu SK defense, Alex Golden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İsmail Tezay. The Alpu SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İsmail Tezay should have stopped the shot. Safa-Sefa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
