If Metehan Tanır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İzzettin Başkara was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. The supporters of Anamur booed when Arapkir FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzettin Başkara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abay Uluant struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. İlker Sahadettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anamur. Mehmet Akif Akbey who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of İlker Sahadettin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Azmi Cebir got free with İlker Sahadettin in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute of the match, Balaban Özyurek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but İlker Sahadettin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mert Özerkin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mehmet Akif Akbey took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İlker Sahadettin. İlker Sahadettin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. İlker Sahadettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdullah Türkdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mert Özerkin kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Arapkir FK's İlker Sahadettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abay Uluant in the 36th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Mustafa Kemal Türkoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arapkir FK and the Anamur players grew even worse after the yellow card. İlker Sahadettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamdullah Türkdoğan in the 39th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Akif Akbey got free with İlker Sahadettin in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute Hamdullah Türkdoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlker Sahadettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azmi Cebir came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and İlker Sahadettin could save by the left post. Mehmet Akif Akbey scored 2-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of İlker Sahadettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doğuhan Uğurhan to make the kick off. İlker Sahadettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamdullah Türkdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. İlker Sahadettin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azmi Cebir in the 57th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Arapkir FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Akif Akbey came free, but İlker Sahadettin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Balaban Özyurek made a precise shot to the right of İlker Sahadettin. Arapkir FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Arapkir FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Anamur players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
