But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hasan Yiğitcan couldn't finish the play. In the 14thth minute of the game Ahmet Hasan Yiğitcan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aybasti SK's Nusret Balabey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tümer Radi during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Tümer Radi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Bedri Okatan, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Abdullah Kalgay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nusret Balabey having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haşim Uçur was the one to do the kick off. Alkın Uğurtan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Şeray Özilter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Arkın Ağcabey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Küzneppoğ's supporters rose to their feet, but Arkın Ağcabey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nusret Balabey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nusret Balabey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdullah Kalgay in the 64th minute of play. Arkın Ağcabey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tümer Radi was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Aybasti SK's Tümer Radi got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match Ahmet Bedri Okatan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nusret Balabey skillfully saved the ball.
