If Savaş Oğuztan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 played minutes Menemen FK got a freekick which was hit by Kerimhan Sayın. If Ercan Vezir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Batıray Hamurcu during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Menemen FK's Batıray Hamurcu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Sacit Taşcıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hafız Nasip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ayazpasa's Songurbey Oskan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Ayazpasa from getting a goal against them. When Savaş Oğuztan came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Menemen FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Savaş Oğuztan couldn't finish the play. The long shot by İlmi Özel in the 20th minute really tested Songurbey Oskan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Menemen FK's goalkeeper Sacit Taşcıoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Vural Topuz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sacit Taşcıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercan Vezir in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Menemen FK's goalkeeper Sacit Taşcıoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ayazpasa's Songurbey Oskan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erdi Nafi in the 35th minute of play. Erdi Nafi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Songurbey Oskan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sacit Taşcıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercan Vezir, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The supporters of Menemen FK booed when Ayazpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hafız Nasip didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Berkem Belen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Songurbey Oskan skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Ayazpasa getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ahmet İlke Çınar hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

63 minutes into the match, Erdi Nafi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ayazpasa's Songurbey Oskan. Songurbey Oskan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Songurbey Oskan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savaş Oğuztan in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdi Nafi in the 82nd minute of play forced Ayazpasa's goalkeeper Songurbey Oskan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erdi Nafi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Songurbey Oskan having to make a save. Ahmet Efe Ongay kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Menemen FK booed when Ayazpasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olcay Orkun Toköz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berkem Belen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th match minute, Menemen FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Veli Safir to maneuver through the defense.
