After having played for 63 minutes, Teoman Canbolat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. fenerbaçe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teoman Canbolat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Teoman Canbolat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Kağan Keçecioğlu was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th minute Abdulbaki Toprak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baskın Cevizci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuzey Yaltıray received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baskın Cevizci came out and tried to block the shot, but Kuzey Yaltıray slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teoman Canbolat in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Kağan Keçecioğlu saved GALATASARAY GS from getting behind. Şevket Kutunalp hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Baskın Cevizci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulbaki Toprak in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teoman Canbolat in the 82nd minute of play forced GALATASARAY GS's goalkeeper Ahmet Kağan Keçecioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Resul Okyay kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Koray Aktemur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
