Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 7thth minute of the game Cankut Tuğbay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kurtulus JK's Ceyhan Tacik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ceyhan Tacik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yusuf Ziya Özguc went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cankut Tuğbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ceyhan Tacik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceyhan Tacik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Ziya Özguc in the 22nd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Soma's goal looked a bit too open when Doğan Dirsehan came free, but Gökcan Ragıp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Soma got a freekick which was hit by Abdulkerim Tunçkaya. Thanks to some nice moves Rahim Başaran could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Gökcan Ragıp however easily saved by the left post. Ceyhan Tacik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Ziya Özguc in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cankut Tuğbay in the 38th minute of play forced Kurtulus JK's goalkeeper Ceyhan Tacik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rahim Başaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kurtulus JK booed when Soma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fahri Baş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kurtulus JK's Doğan Dirsehan got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

52 minutes into the game, Kurtulus JK's Rahim Başaran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gökcan Ragıp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Soma booed when Kurtulus JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Ferit Malgır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yusuf Ziya Özguc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gökcan Ragıp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğan Dirsehan in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Doğan Dirsehan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökcan Ragıp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğan Dirsehan struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gökcan Ragıp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kurtulus JK. With a little luck, Kurtulus JK's Ceyhan Tacik got control of the ball when Cankut Tuğbay tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yusuf Ziya Özguc in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceyhan Tacik saved Kurtulus JK from getting behind. After 79 played minutes Kurtulus JK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ferit Malgır. Cankut Tuğbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Ceyhan Tacik made a huge save. Yusuf Ziya Özguc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yusuf Ziya Özguc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kadri Hünkar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kurtulus JK the free kick. A collision led to Soma getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ahmet Kadri Hünkar hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
