Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mihaliccik SK's Arkın Balkoç started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Egil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Yahya Tuğkun to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the game, Songurbey Akbatu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Özcan Akmeşe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arkın Balkoç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Songurbey Demirdelen came out and tried to block the shot, but Arkın Balkoç slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 15th minute. Mustafa Haydar Teoman hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Egil's zone, Işık Akçam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songurbey Demirdelen came out of the goal and Işık Akçam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egil's Songurbey Demirdelen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkın Balkoç in the 23rd minute of play. Işık Akçam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Demirdelen having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Işık Akçam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Mihaliccik SK booed when Egil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Haydar Teoman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Işık Akçam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mihaliccik SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Işık Akçam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Songurbey Demirdelen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Egil's zone, Arkın Balkoç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songurbey Demirdelen came out of the goal and Arkın Balkoç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Işık Akçam in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Songurbey Demirdelen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 41 minutes into the match, Egil's goalkeeper Songurbey Demirdelen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Işık Akçam. 41 minutes into the game, İsmail Mahir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Egil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mihaliccik SK the free kick. A collision led to Egil getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. İsmail Mahir hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Arkın Balkoç fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st minute, Arkın Balkoç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Işık Akçam in the 54th minute of play forced Egil's goalkeeper Songurbey Demirdelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Songurbey Demirdelen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arkın Balkoç, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Arkın Balkoç scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Songurbey Demirdelen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arkın Balkoç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Demirdelen having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mihaliccik SK's zone, Songurbey Akbatu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özcan Akmeşe came out of the goal and Songurbey Akbatu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkın Balkoç in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Songurbey Demirdelen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Songurbey Demirdelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Işık Akçam in the 69th minute of play. When Arkın Balkoç came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Mihaliccik SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkın Balkoç couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Mihaliccik SK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Akgün Safa hit a great ball. Onurhan İnan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Demirdelen having to interfere. Işık Akçam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Songurbey Demirdelen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arkın Balkoç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Egil got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Mahir. 95 minutes into the game, Baran Alp Çetiner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Özcan Akmeşe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mihaliccik SK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Egil to leave the ground with a draw.
